Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We may also attempt to contact the user responsible for the material to inform them of the notice and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
